Working alongside a megayacht owner, Elena conceived and developed CS Club as the first private members’ club operating aboard luxury megayachts. She led concept development, brand identity, business modelling, marketing, PR, sales strategy and partnerships, positioning the club as an itinerant cultural experience rather than a fixed destination. The offering blended curated programming, travel and social connection across the Mediterranean and beyond, addressing an ultra-high-net-worth audience seeking discretion and originality.

She lived aboard teh megayacht fleet and ollaborated closely with the founder to conceive, develop, and execute the marketing, branding, communications, digital strategies, events and sales consulting for the launch of CS Club; a visionary private membership club designed to elevate the megayacht experience.

EPICUREAN conceived and delivered the full outreach and programming strategy for wellbeing-at-sea initiatives and onboard spa services, translating holistic philosophy into immersive maritime experiences. In partnership with Mindvalley in Dubai, producing a series of curated holistic events aboard an 82-metre megayacht, where wellbeing unfolded in rhythm with the sea. Programming included breathwork sessions on deck led by Niraj Naik, alongside Rapid Transformational Therapy experiences with Marisa Peer; each designed to create moments of depth, presence, and restoration in an extraordinary setting.

Every aspect of the project was meticulously crafted to embody exclusivity and sophistication, setting a new benchmark for luxury and the art of nautical living.
