As Marketing and Public Relations Consultant to Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens and the upcoming Mykonos opening in 2026, Elena worked at the intersection of global brand governance and local expression during one of the Mediterranean’s most anticipated hotel openings.

Embedded within senior leadership, F&B, marketing and communications teams, she helped translate Four Seasons’ global standards into site-specific narratives and events that felt contemporary, grounded and emotionally accessible. The hotel was ranked no. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels in 2025.

Her remit included the development of integrated marketing, PR and digital strategies across the resort’s restaurants and bars, ensuring that culinary storytelling, seasonal campaigns and guest-facing content aligned with commercial targets. She contributed directly to content creation, campaign ideation, press materials, media relations and influencer strategy, operating both strategically and tactically.

A significant part of her work involved experiential and culinary programming: curating supper clubs at Mercato, supporting storytelling for the Michelin-starred Pelagos, and co-producing high-visibility activations such as the Astir Palace pop-up at Noel Athens during the Athens Bar Show, which hosted over 600 guests. In parallel, she supported performance reviews, market analysis and reporting for the marcomms function, helping sustain brand momentum, deepen engagement and extend international visibility during a critical growth phase.
